金华市精选矿业有限公司（以下简称精选公司）是集开采、加工和销售于一体，下属六家分公司和一家控股子公司，年产值过亿元的专业非金属矿生产企业，主要产品为：东方富来牌冶金级氟石、氟石精矿粉、叶腊石等。公司注册资金1000万元，总资产15000万元，占地508亩，现代化标注厂房、办公楼、职工宿舍等总建筑面积10万平方米，是国内大型非金属矿生产企业。
氟石，化学分子式：CAF2，俗称萤石、莹石，在冶炼钢铁和铝中用作熔剂和造渣，也是化学工业中氟元素的唯一自然界来源，是重要的冶金化工中的原辅料。中国有着丰富的氟石资源，“世界氟石在中国，中国氟石在浙江”的说法早已有之。
1993年，张群女士创办了精选公司，创办之初，条件简陋，年产值不过几十万元。但凭着不服输的精神，她带领员工，抓住机遇，大胆开拓，企业不断发展壮大，自2001年开始，产量就稳定在10万吨以上，树立企业品牌的时机成熟了，同年，公司正式向工商局申请注册东方富来商标，涵意为“来自东方大陆的氟石给您带来财富”，并请广告公司针对产品和公司的特点，设计了图形标识。成为首家拥有商标的氟石生产企业。2002年--2004年，精选公司的国际市场占有率每年均达11%以上，年销售额达10300万元；税金为594万元。
十多年来，精选公司本着“视质量为生命，以服务求发展”的宗旨，不断加强质量管理和员工岗位培训，使质量意识、服务意识深入人心，使维护东方富来的品牌和企业形象成为自发行为，2001年，精选公司一次性顺利通过ISO9001：2000产品质量管理体系认证审核。多年来，依靠产品过硬的质量、准时的交货期，本公司不仅与国内各大钢厂、重型机械厂、氟化工厂等企业建立了稳固的业务关系，而且和西欧、美国、日本等国家与地区客商建立了长期友好的贸易伙伴关系，为本公司的生产规模快速扩张和产品质量稳步提高打下了坚实基础。

RMB 70 million Yuan.We are one of the largest taxpayer in Jinhua who pay millions tax per year and
one of the largest producer in the fluorite industry of China.
In every year, we produce more than 100000 metric tons tluorspar and fluorite, and sell about
